Rai Whitlock is Florence's best friend. She is not as wealthy as Florence but she was able to attend the private school Flo went to. To Rai, Florence comes first. She is an overprotective friend who only has good intentions. But she can sometimes go overboard.
Rai has her own problems the three guy friends who have a very obvious crush on her but she tries to ignore it most of the time.
