My first finished book. Inspired by the song Home For The Summer by Sara Kays. This book contains strong language and has a few smut chapters, you can easily skip those if you want as I made sure they don't contain important information about the story :) Clay and George used to be inseparable, but when Clay had to leave the town they had both grown up in together, their friendship slowly faded away. George hasn't had an easy life after being diagnosed with autism. Going to a public school as an autistic, highly intelligent boy, he clearly notices the differences between his classmates and himself, giving him a lot of insecurity and shame about his own behaviour. As his escape, he goes to a bakery for hours a day to calm his mind, but things change when a new boy who moved is hired. Unexpectedly, and for the first time, George decides to open himself up to the new boy, Clay, while at the same time, Clay slowly starts falling for his new best friend, George. Mostly fluff with some angst every now and then! ⚠️ I wrote this book from my own experience and my own mindset, as someone with diagnosed autism, highly intelligent and ADHD. I DON'T think people with autism are childish or cute, I'm not projecting a stereotype. This is from my own struggles with autism at a public school without special needs.

George suffers from epilepsy which causes him to be bullied for that at school. After being humiliated in front of the whole school for being gay, the popular boy named Clay decides to stand up for him. Clay, suffering from diabetes with abusive and not supportive parents, does everything to help George get rid of the bullies while struggling a lot himself. The two start getting closer and closer until Clay starts realising he's more similar to George than he expected to be, wanting to be closer to him every day. But will George trust him after what happened before? Warnings: -Homophobia (usage F-slur) -(Emotional) abuse -Bullying Description about seizures, hypos and hypers (diabetes)+passing out

Clay has autism and finds comfort in simple things, the illuminated a fireplace on a winter's night, fish swimming and stuffed animals. However, this was all soon to change after a tragic accident. Clay finds himself alone, seeing his happiness slip away from one simple mistake. George doesn't have an easy home life, after noticing signs of possibly a muscle disease, his only wish is to get help for it, however his parents deny every word that is brought up about it. Yet, it gets worse by the day as George quickly looses any hope left. When Clay is left traumatised by his past, he thinks nothing will bring back the same happiness he once felt, but when George moves into the farm he often visits, that same joy that was extinguished with the fire, sparks again... TW's: -Bullying -(Child)abuse -Panic attacks -Homophobia -Fire/death (past) -Flashbacks/nightmares Not really a TW, I think, but: -Muscle disease

George and Clay had formed a close friendship since they met in a Minecraft server and knew they lived close to one another in real life. Yet little did George know, that the person he knew as Dream online was actually his bully in real life. After a rough time at school from all the bullying, Dream was always there to comfort him even though he was the one doing the damage. Clay was the one who was poisoning George with his words full of nothing but his own pain. There's a camp coming up and both of them are looking forward to it, until they find out who they are in a room with. The days creep closer and George tries to find every way out of it, but there doesn't seem that there is one... While George is live streaming, he accidentally outs himself in front of his whole stream. His life seems to be collapsing as his mother figures out the same thing as all his viewers did. George talks to his best friend, Dream, and decides to hopelessly ask to meet up with his "unknowing" best friend after his mother doesn't seem to want him in her house any longer. Dream, however, was watching George's stream as he outed himself and decides to not bring any of it up, realising George hides more and more from him. At the same time he starts feeling things he never felt before, making everything even more confusing that it already was. TW's: -Homophobia (F-slur) -Disordered eating -Abuse
