Destiny: War Of Sol - Book Three de TheHale_

This story is the third in a ten-book series based on the video game franchise, "Destiny," developed by Bungie. The universe of Destiny is a science-fictional setting taking place in the future, where Humanity has been reduced to a singular city on Earth, and must rely on the Guardians, Humans who wield a power known as the Light, to defend them from various alien threats within the Sol system. This saga is NOT intended to be 100% lore accurate, and should be taken as an alternate timeline from the main canon. The primary purpose of this fanfiction is to re-tell the story that takes place in Destiny and its sequel, Destiny 2, but with a twist. The twist being that the playable "Guardian" character, who is known to be a blank-slate one-man-army amongst a roster of developed characters, is instead a team of multiple Guardians who all have their own backstories and personalities. The plot of this saga will follow the plot of the game its based on closely, but not exactly. There are a number of twists such as the main cast, as well as several other plot points, for the sake of originality, as well as to serve as an interesting narrative for those who are aware of Destiny's plot. Primarily, this story will follow the perspective of a Titan-class Guardian named Chrytor-6, but is told from the third-person, allowing for perspectives to change whether it be scene to scene or book to book, as our main character, Chrytor-6, will not always be the focus.

It's the future, and a war has knocked out half of the human race. The jungle has taken over most of the land, and people live in tribes or groups deep within the forest. Every group has a population of at least 300, and all of the tribes are against each other. Naikee lives in a group called the Sowadan group, and they live in the south region of the world. Each group is forbidden to go past the gates that hide their villages. Naikee is sick and tired of living within the walls of her villages, and she's always wondered what it would be like to go past them. On the morning of her Celebration of Life (basically a birthday), she finds a whole in the wall and runs past the gates and into the wild. After days of traveling she accidentally runs into a group called the Kaiboo, which are one of the most dangerous groups in the world. They are known for their cannibalism, though no one has ever dared to enter their gates. Before anyone can capture her, a boy named Mika runs into her and takes her to a secret underground storage. He only goes to her and talks to give her the meals at morning, afternoon, and night. After several days of this same thing, Naikee finally confronts him and makes him tell her whats going on. They get to talking, and he comes back to check on her more often now. As she develops a crush and they fall in love, they don't realize but they might be changing the course of history. Note: I'm sorry about the spacing, I'm not exactly sure how to do this because it's my first story. This book is is written in the far future were war is raging throughout the world permanently halting all innovations. Humanity wanting to finally bring it all to an end only finds one way to solve it. End humanity as we know it. Governments across the globe found that humanity wasn't what it was before and had become dark and terrible to live in, so to fix that they made a small utopia pulling in families, scientists, and important government officials to create the perfect pair of humans. Those two humans would be trained to kill what humanity has become and start it all over, so the world would be a better place. But once they make the female, they find that she is not like her partner. She has a different goal in mind than restarting humanity. This is my first book, so it may have a few mess ups but I hope you enjoy, I have worked hard to at least get this out. As the narrator, I'm tempted to simply write "Middle Finger" because that is essentially what you'll feel like I'm giving you in telling this story. However, for the sake of not being a complete dick, I'll write a little more than just a description of a disrespectful gesture. This story can aptly be described as crude and deranged. As you may have surmised, a crazy person will be telling this story, and the characters involved are indeed also all crazy in their own special ways. So, given this exercise in mental illness, the topics touched on (in no particular order) in this tale are destruction, death, superpowered wackos, torture, pain, loneliness, chaos, the will to survive, never giving up, giving up and not giving a shit, the desire to protect, failing to protect and causing more trouble than was already present, disappointing and/or abusive parental figures, bullies, unjust punishments, just punishments, racism, violent and usually superpowered fights, sci-fi gadgets, bitterness, sarcasm, twisted and demented comedy, control or lack thereof, weird and awkward high school drama, lies and brainwashing, alien aggression, moral ambiguity, unhinged villains, fantastical weapons, a piece of shit main character, conditional friendship, a fuck load of musical references, anger, fear, depression, extra-dimensional creatures, godly powers, various esoteric connections, pop culture references, and of course, in general, superpowers.

(This novel is under revision as of 2-5-19 up until I feel the true motivation to scrub through most of my older work. Also this summary is something to be fixed but until then) A thousand years ago the extermination of Earth from unknown circumstances brought about the end of humanity for the planet. The end of animals, most of nature, technology and everything that advanced in between. After Earth's destruction a new life began with the survivors of the near extinction of humanity. They constructed a singular civilization encased in a wall for protection from outside forces, built on the hope to reproduce and thrive with the life they were forced into. Zykard would be the start of a second life for humans But within that time of rebirth some of the survivors surged with horrors of Pre-Reearth. Heresy, treachery, riots, thefts, murders and revolutions. A need to for order was introduced, and brought about the leader of Zykard and seven factions of ten people. A thousand years later theres a change. An outsider appears and seemingly becomes the new leader of Zykard, bringing more hardships with their hopes. Crimson, a seventeen year old girl faces the verge of adulthood. The final trials being the only gap between her new reality. A new injection to be given to everyone after the trials. She will face the ugly second face of what Zykard really is behind the curtains. Face pain she never thought would be possible and lose what she loves the most. She will understand what it's like to become apart of the Zykard.
