Cynthia Mills is a small streamer from Oregon. She had a small fanbase of 50-60 people for the longest time, and she hadn't minded. She became great friends with a boy names Ranboo in the early days of August 2020. They talked often despite their mutual lack of social interaction. Cynthia was alone in her house for a long time.
