Izuku "deku" Midoriya was a mystery. His body was adapted to have a quirk, but he is quirkless. He was timid but would bite back at bullies.
He got even stranger when he bought an odd book from a gift shop.

Story idea inspired by @jss2141, but i can't put everything in if I want to make it work.
