Emily Parker a costume designer, actor and singer had worked previously with Kenny on the sets of Descendants. She receives a call from him asking her to join them on a new series as their costume designer.

She accepts the job and flys out with her best friend Owen to Vancouver only to see the one and only, 
Charlie Gillespie. 

Both of them had it rough. I guess you could say
