Kourtney devlin is the daughter of Lisaville and Charleston devlin. Charleston is mentally and physically abusing to his family. Kourtney was only 16 when she was in her bedroom and her parents were once again fighting. After the usual yelling back and forth she always hears, something rather different happens. She hears glass shattering and a big bang. After about a second of silence she hears someone fall to the ground. The next thing she remembers is seeing her dad being taken by officers in a courtroom for his life sentence in jail. She deals with her journey of having 2 parents, to 1 that she never sees. From being a normal girl to walking to the edge of a bridge wondering if her pain will finally go away. It only gets worse from here.
