The Shining City was built within the depths of space as a safe haven for those looking to escape from their past lives. For whatever reasons they may have, all were welcome to start a new life from scratch. It was meant to be a utopia for the entire universe. Corporate greed had other plans.
Seven conglomerate super powers now fight for full control of the Shining City, each one boasting enough financial and political power to conquer a star system just by throwing spare change at it. For a few decades the conflict was mostly peaceful, mainly fought through mergers and corporate buyouts. But an attack on a joint enterprise that crippled all of their profit margins have driven them to open war.
If the issues between the megacorps aren't resolved soon, then none shall be spared from the carnage that follows. Not even the Neutral Zones would be spared from the cruelties of war.
Will the Shining City Police Department be the ones to keep the peace, or will their not so public cousins in the Agency root out the problem? Or will that responsibility fall to the Ghosts of the Null Zone?

But what happens when they reveal their abilities to the Autobots and the kids? How will they react or even think? What will happen if the Decepticons ever found out? Elliot had returned to some version of normalcy, though his life was never normal. A new girl has moved into Shayla's old apartment. She's different from the people who lived there before her and vastly different from anyone who lived in the building before. Like Elliot, she keeps to herself and hardly leaves her apartment but other than that she seem rather normal. As time passes Elliot does what he does best, he hacks. But its more of the same.
