Katsuki Bakugou was diagnosed quirkless at the age of four. Izuku was diagnosed with what people called a weak or villainous quirk. The two had stuck together and protected each other. By the end of their time at Middle School they both went there separate ways but stayed in contact. What will happen the these to see each other again?

They enhanced her quirk when she turned four and made her a lethal weapon by creating the first quirk made by man in a six-year-old body. Thankfully she ran away and escaped, She was saved and right now under surveillance from the HSPC since she can't control the created quirk. After knowing her parents' cause of death, she vowed she'd never let any child experience what she went through and that's why she wanted to become a hero. To save children, and adults from villains... Yeah and to also put an end to this corrupted hero society. Each day the bullying increases. Since Katsuki has a strong quirk, Izuku and Katsuki decided to make a plan on how to lessen the bullying Izuku gets everyday.
