The Vampire race has long been depleted since the war between vampires and the government began. Many thought their kind had been wiped out, but little did they know that some had survived and were gradually increasing in numbers.
Isagani Silas Fujimori, a 165-year-old vampire, was one of those who escaped from the war. He sought refuge in a distant country from The Republic, namely Atlanta. There, he lived with his fellow vampires and worked as a full-fledged Doctor.
He was a doctor thirsty for both sex and blood. He seduced both women and men with criminal records, and after intercourse, he would kill them and drink their blood.
They targeted criminals but spared those who showed kindness. These actions had become routine for him and his friends, but everything changed when he met Enoch Kiel Moon, an assassin who specialized in eliminating Vampires.
