Valerie Majors had once had the perfect life. She wrote for Alternative Press, got to tour all around the world, and was dating Alex Gaskarth, lead singer of All Time Time. But after 3 years together, their relationship fell to pieces and Val went with it.

7 months later, now living in New York and writing for a new magazine, Val is still trying to hold on to Alex through drug use. But when she gets assigned to interview them at their upcoming show, she feels utterly lost. How will it feel to see him again? What will Alex say? Will things get better or worse?

Trigger warning; smut, cussing, and drug use. Do NOT read if uncomfortable with any of these things.

3 parts Complete

Lena Conrad and Alex Gaskarth used to be the couple that everybody wanted to be. They were too cute for words, a perfect couple that seemed like they were soulmates. As you would say nowadays, they were #couplegoals. But that only lasted for three years. Some say they were too young to face the problems they were going through, resulting in their breakup, but others would say that even if they had been through it when older, they wouldn't have made it. They hadn't seen each other since that messy breakup, until now. Six years later, Alex is still playing in a band and Lena is a stay at home mom taking care of her five-year-old son. Only one of them knew they'd cross paths again on this specific day.
