Sweet but a psycho is a story of a girl who got a Multiple intellectual disorder after her friends tried to kill her, killed her parents, and took everything from her.
Janina, is a simple high school student who got nothing but books and eyeglasses. She Has 5 friends named Aya, Kayla, Rica, Anne, and Maria but they ever treated her as their friend for the reason why they befriended her is because she is smart and responsible in doing their school activities. She knew all about it, but she never complained anything about them, for she thought that the way they treat her will change someday. Things are quietly good for them not until Nico, a handsome transferee student came and change her whole being.
