Cassidy Gray is an unlucky child. Her Mama is sick and a monster of a father is abusive. The father and her stay at a motel to de closer to Cassidy's Mama, but an unfortunately night Cassidy gets thrown out of the room. 

The Winter Soldier is out on a mission and discover a little girl. And he grow an attatchment to her in seconds. 

What would happen, if he look her? Would HYDRA accept a child within the walls of HYDRA? Would the solider be able to take care of her like she deserve?
