In a world where Intelligents live alongside with people, a paranoid president keeps a watchful eye on the extraordinary humans leading to the establishment of a hidden agency, working alongside with the founder of the highly popular anti-Intelligent group: Society Zulu. After a series of conflicts between the people and the advanced humans, a rogue Intelligent attempts an assassination of the president, which then sparks the devastating effect of constant massacring of the Intelligents. With genocides and conspiracies, gave rise to one hopeful Intelligent: NOV, the main leader of the Intelligents and the most wanted criminal for both, government people and prize winners alike. In hopes to save his people, a profound NOV must take matter in his own hands to seal the fate of the seemingly endless war.
