the world isn't really fair. usually, you just try to deal with it and maybe hope to find someone that will love you and make it all easier. that wasn't the case. people were forbidden to love and all the governments had this little agreement, it was an universal law: loving someone is a crime. 

unfortunately for humans, every single person has a soulmate. doesn't matter if you want it or not, you still have it. so just to make everything more simple, there was another law.
