As in the title of this 'book' says this is about different Shifting Methods and Additional Tips.
I loving sharing information about the things I like doing and shifting is definitely on my list. I made this 'book' to help other shifters with what I know about shifting. All my information is stuff I know about shifting and research I've done about it.
Continuing on this 'book' I will be sharing a ton of different Shifting Methods, Tips about Shifting, How to make a Script (what goes in one), describing what affirmations are and crystals that can help you out with you're shifting process.
If anyone has any questions about anything please leave a comment on the post you have questions about and I'll answer them as soon as I see them.
I got my information from tiktok creators, amino and pinterest (I'm in love with Pinterest so I will most likely mention it a lot).
