When Sirius runs away, he promised he would come back for his 14 and 4 year old siblings, but he never did. Six years later, their parents die of dragonpox and leave 20 year old Regulus to take care of Venus. One random day, Sirius comes back, not expecting what he would find inside 12 Grimmauld place.
