AU where the Wizarding World is their own standalone species - The Wixen on the planet Gallifrey (not Timelords).
There is a huge war between the Wixen and the DALEKs with their current leader Lord Voldemort.
With nearly all the Wixen dead Harry has only one choice left - blow the whole of Gallifrey and the DALEK fleets in one raging firestorm, sacrificing himself in the process.
But then he wakes up.
