I turned around and saw that the newspaper came in. I decided to read a little and try to get those creepy things of my mind. I was looking for something interesting on the newspaper. I had found a little section of a crime scene so I decided to read that. The title was called The bite of 97 and it has something to do with someone being bitten by some sort of robot on the frontal lobe and survived, but result of losing her brain. I then suddenly saw blackness and a...fox with an eye patch and a hook? It then came charging at me! I backed up and tripped and the fox was getting closer!" evas meht!" the fox yelled out while charging at me.I closed my eyes and tried to protect myself by trying to block my face with my arms. It then vanished... and I didn't see blackness anymore, Instead I found myself laying on the floor. I got up and looked at the clock and saw it was 12:00am. I wondered how time quickly changed...

Next to me I saw a huge Black thing that was furry and had huge crooked sticks pointing to the other side. It took up the whole other side of my room. Darkness. Loneliness. Where am I? A fiery light approached in the distance, but I couldn't tell what it was, or where it was coming from. The ground or sky? It blazed shudderingly and I blinked in fear. I remembered now. . . . Two more lights appeared as tiny dots on the horizon. There was more? What had I done to deserve this? Suddenly I could hear. Comet was mewling again. Was I really asleep? I felt around with my claws for the tiny kit but could feel nothing. She meowed again and I followed the noise, but she wasn't where the noise had come from. . . . Where was she? The light- no the comet, was racing towards me now- faster than ever before. I could hear it's whizzing noise and I screeched. Then I could feel. I could feel as if crashed into me and pulled me into the ground. It pierced my skin, both rubbing and scratching it. The exit door lead to the back of the building so it was pitch black. I leaned against the wall trying to control myself. Blood was running down my arm and head. My hair was stuck to my face from all the sweat and blood. Everything was spinning around me and the ground seemed like it was shaking. Groaning I sat down and put my head on my knees. He knows who I am. He knows how I look like. He knows where I work so possible knows where I live. I am not safe anymore... no where. While I was in my own world I heard faint sounds behind me but I didn't bother to look or run away. The footsteps got closer and I was pretty sure it was Walker's men. I should run. I should try to fight. But what's the point in trying to run away? He would eventually find me and if he has his way he would most likely kill me. If this is my fate then why am I trying to fight it? I felt someone harshly grab my waist and pull me up and I complied. They dragged me down the alley and into the busy street. I heard the opening of a car and the next thing I knew I was being thrown into a car. My head hit the hard leather seat and the door shut behind me. Maybe this is how my life will end. This is a second view point from my original story - A Different Virus - Heartfire. I highly advise reading the original book first. Intro: Laura was a happy child without a care in the world. She loved her parents and life was perfect. Nothing seemed like it could go wrong. People started talking about a bad flu that was spreading and sending some into a coma. Her parents grew worried and stocked the house in case of a pandemic. Months later another virus appeared. Her family was shocked when the news people started reporting that zombies were actually real and not just part of a horror movie. They were appearing in every country. Her parents reassured her that none of the zombie sightings had been anywhere close to them. Her life is turned upside down when her father ends up in hospital with the bad flu and mother exiles her upstairs for her safety. She was never allowed downstairs again. Weeks pass and the streets become deserted with the exception of the red eyed zombies that wandered around. One night she notices a swiftly moving figure with glowing blue eyes in the street below. Should she call out or remain silent? Geovanni Have you ever gotten that feeling that somebody was watching you? And that person who was watching you wasn't normal. I have felt that way all of my life; but then again I felt as if I went missing nobody would even notice or care I was gone. I am 23 and just graduated from college. I was there an extra year because I had to take care of my family. I had to transfer back into the city and pick up the extra work because my mom died, and my dad became addicted to anything that would numb his pain. My little sister and brother would be lost without me here. But now I could care less. A cold breeze blew through my window waking me up from my thoughts. I looked over in the corner and saw that nothing was there. It was odd because I felt like someone well more like something was there. It had to be my imagination getting the best of me. I laid back in my bed and closed my eyes. Then all of a sudden I got the feeling I wasn't alone. But the really strange thing is that even if there was someone in here with me I felt safe. Jordan. I watched her as she slept. In fact I have been watching her since she was born. I have waited half a century to find that one person. I think I have finally settled on her. She was my choice. I know. After being in as many relationships as I have you know things. I felt my fangs tingle. Her blood smelled so sweet. Her heartbeat was steady and strong.
