Looking from afar you could say that Aryanna has a good life. Her family has money and is successful. They have everything. But that's all a big lie. Yes they have money but her family is a mess. Her sister and mother abuse her as their hobby. Her father is always working and is never there. Her mother is only keeping her to marry her off. Ari has been saving up so she can leave on her 21st birthday but life has other plans. - "You said it didn't matter and this is all fake anyway!" "Yes I did. Just not him! Anyone but him!" He gets so close I could feel his breath on my cheek. "Careful Alexander. It almost sounds like you're jealous. The question is of who. Are you jealous of me for getting close to him or are you jealous of him for trying to get me?" I just smirked at him as he pushed me against the wall. "You shut your mouth. You know nothing. He had his chance and this time I'm not sharing." "And what if I wanted to be shared?" I saw the confusion but he hid it behind a sly smirk. "You don't want that sweetheart. Together we'd break you." "Jokes on you." I leaned up to whisper in his ear, "I'm already broken."

I felt as if someone had dropped a boulder on my fragile heart. He peppered kisses on her neck and she giggled in response. Right in front of my eyes. I clenched my fist. Their proximity suffocated me. I couldn't breathe. Jealousy and agony gave way to pure rage and without thinking, I jerked the woman out of his hold and pushed her away. "What the hell," she glared at me and I glared back at her before turning my gaze on Alex. "Who is she? And why is she here?" I asked him and could hear my voice shaking because of the enormous rage I was feeling in that moment. I wanted to kill him along with her. He scanned my expression for a moment and then flicked his gaze away as if I don't even exist. "Let's get you to my room," he was about to grab her hand when I grabbed his. I turned to face the woman and gave her a death glare, "Leave." "What," She flicked her gaze on Alex who looked as taken aback as her. I was overly tempted to pluck her eyes out for looking at him. "Eyes here. I am his wife and the lady of this house. And I want you gone. Leave," I gritted out. Completely forgotten that I was going to leave this house tonight. "Only in the paper. And I am the owner of this house," he hissed in my face in a warning tone and then looked at the woman. "Go to my room, Selena," he told her in a stern tone. He was annoyed not by her but by me. I could feel his temper rising, but it was nowhere near mine. My heart shattered in million pieces when he said that. A drop of tear rolled down my cheek as I saw the woman taking the stairs from my peripheral view. My eyes were fixed on Alex who had his jaw set and eyes glaring fire.
