"You're a cocky little thing aren't ya?" I say also crossing my arms.
"Rude! I'm not just a thing y'know." It snaps.
"Then what are you?" I snap back. It then holds out its hand to shake mine.
"The name's Sonic. Sonic the hedgehog." He says with a smile.
...
When Alex Davis, a seventeen year old inventor, discovers something hiding in a tree at the local park, he finds himself helping a cocky, anthropomorphic, extraterrestrial hedgehog find his way back to his home planet. But, with the introduction of an old enemy of Sonic's, getting his spiky blue friend home becomes a little more complicated than the young inventor would like.

Sonic the Hedgehog IDW Comics : The Organic Copy {Male! Reader}
The Multiverse is quite an expansive space, don't you think? Well, what if I told you about a world where Neo Metal Sonic was actually Organic and was much more powerful than even Sonic the Hedgehog himself? This organic being was a clone of Sonic using his DNA to create the perfect life form of overwhelming strength and will. Eggman gave this creature the name : "Y/N Robotnik". However, due to him being a clone, he didn't desire to be kept up as a cage and a slave, and Sonic's DNA within him craved freedom. After a crushing defeat, Y/N finally snapped and decided to leave the Eggman Empire to find his own path. This eventually led him to a confrontation with Sonic - the original - allowed him to come to a realization and understand as to what he truly wanted. He was Sonic, and Sonic was him, and both wanted the same thing in life - to protect others.

Switched
What was meant to be a simple rescue mission turns out to be a week-long trek across an island as Sonic and friends race to fix their powers. Knuckles and Rouge address the elephant in the room. Sonic may like one of his friends more than he thinks he does. Eggman's just generally annoyed. Or, I'm writing Sonic the Hedgehog fanfic now, I guess. (Crossposted on ff.net and Ao3.)Complete
Chaos Born
Science can explain anyone on Mobius... but not Sonic. Why is it that the one we think we ought to know the most about is the one we actually know the least? Set in the future when our heroes have grown into adults but are still fighting for freedom, all it takes is for one little disturbance to set off a chain of events that might just reveal exactly how and why the 'fastest thing alive' earned that title in the first place.
