Qytya, a skilled martial artist, meets trouble at the hands of a powerful martial art sect, the Flower-Cleansing Pavilion (浣花阁), after refusing to let them search her ship for a fugitive. Ship damaged from the attack, Qytya seeks refuge in a water nebula... and discovers that her ship, indeed, hid a fugitive: an equally powerful martial artist, the beautiful Xiao Yaochi.

Faced with trouble on two fronts, the women work together to fix the ship. As time passes, they begin to develop feelings for each other... feelings that would lead them towards the path of tragedy...
