Following the rescue of his best friend and defeat of hostile Mages, Alistar struggles to acclimate to living among other Fae again. Between fighting the urge to run away from it all, a traumatized half breed who struggles to control his powers and his growing attraction to a certain mysterious bartender, Alistar isn't certain how his life had taken this turn.

This story continues where Book 1 left off. Following Steffen, Carlson, and Alistar as they struggle to come to terms with unwanted Mates, potential threats to their home and just life within a Fae community.

Many characters from Book one and other West Mountain books will make an appearance in this story.
