Highschool DxD: A Warden's Oath

Markus Lycanis is Unique among the devils he holds justice, duty and honour above even his own life because of this he is held in high regard as a model warrior for the devil recruits to look up to he was only a boy when he joined the devil army inspired by the tales of an ancient order of brave warriors, even at a young age he displayed a desire to protect others.

He is inspired by the Wardens a forgotten order of warriors that valued Justice, Duty and Honour and to protect those that can not protect themselves he learned of their values at a young age reading about their stories and deeds, the underworld admired them but they soon fell apart when the great war started and by the end, their number once in the thousands dwindled until there were only a few afterwards they disbanded never to be seen again

But his path will take him to be a bodyguard to a member of the Phenex house, and eventually, he will discover his true heritage
