The student council at Empyrean Precollegiate Academy does all that they can to meet the needs of the student body whether it be planning school morale events, a fundraiser to help out those in need, or hiding a dead body. Council members Maya, Kia, Millie, KC, and their council president CeCe ensure that their responsibilities as student council members are met in a fast and orderly fashion.

As the new semester starts, a string of disappearances at school falls on the radar of the Council. Armed with incredibly deadly weaponry, and their investigative skills, the Council sets off to find the root cause of the disappearances.
