(I recommend watching the movie before you read the book. It's three hours long tho lol-)

Long ago when witches and mortals were still civilized, a witch by the name of Agatha released the most darkest and devastating spell across the land. It affected the mortals which transformed them into "Cryptic Souls;" the name of the spell. They would eat the living flesh and take their souls so there's no possible way for them to reincarnate into their next life. And that's where the Cryptic War continued for 10 years. In present time, there are still Cryptic Souls roaming around. This made the mortals look down upon witches, thinking of them as "the disease of this world" because of Agatha's curse. Mortals are now killing off witches every time they encounter one, trying to wipe out all of them so the world could "be in peace" again. They also destroyed witch academies, leaving only two left. But in reality, the witches hated Agatha. It wasn't their fault. They've been misunderstood the whole time.

Witches are now training to become stronger and finding a way to gain the mortals' trust back. These two witch academies: Mephgazub (Sun) and Mogarip (Moon), are the only ones left to help each other. But with Cryptic Souls in the way, it's an extreme challenge.

"One small incident can ruin or change a person's life - Now imagine a storm," Dusty winds spit at Sun'Tribe and her people. Cramped, multiple families are forced to huddle in one of the ruins; the only remaining proof of the original four tribes that used to stand. "Unifying us all is what should make us less insecure about ourselves, but our differences are what makes each one of us unique; special," In Sun'Tribe, everyone is the same. No traditions, no religion, no abilities, no culture, not even the way someone dresses themselves can be different. Dull, brown clothes, with hair cut down and pulled back in a simple manner. Difference is only for their Leader. The supreme ruler who never goes hungry, and lives in a large palace just for herself. It isn't until two lowly commoners take in the last of the outcasts, that their world sees a future of life again. ~*~ Written by the beas-TEAS, @EChO11111111111 (old acc: Echo__IsNoFurry) and @Ripplestream11 ; also credit to our friend who is not comfortable sharing her name (As of right now, Echo's account isn't working, AGAIN, so check both for updates) You don't have to read the other previous two books of this series to understand this book. "Forgotten Truths" is more of a backstory-based book, for the old tribes and some of the characters, which takes place a little over a decade before "Daffodils and Hyacinths", and the main details to understand this book are in "The Place where Dreams Fade," but if you're new, you should be caught up after reading 'TRIBES AND RULERS' and the Prologue. Updates might be a little irregular depending on our schedule We all hope you choose to give "Daffodils and Hyacinths" a go! NOTE: This book is not a fanfic, nor does it have any relation to "The Last Airbender" or "Legends of Korra". We definitely do see how it can be related to that, but we did not intend for that to be the outcome. Thank you!

Monsters Are Created By Other Monsters. Sou & Isabelle, A set of eccentric and unhinged twins with erratic elemental powers has to set aside their differences, control their evergrowing power and win a war in order to protect the only place they call home their academy and other gifted people from being hunted by the beast. - What you're about to read doesn't matter because a sinister force lurks beyond the great graveyard that protects the institution of, for and by the gifted! The first thing you need to understand about this story is it stems from a place of really deep mistrust and an unforgivable betrayal. That's an angry theme. But that all of that changes when we realise there's a lot more to this ever-expanding story! If there are Witches in this universe then obviously there are Witch hunters to just finish them off. There's a rich history or a back story where almost 20 years ago the hunters gathered and removed all existence of witches with elemental magic (Controlling Earth, Fire, Water, Air & Spirit ) but only two survived. That's when the book jumps in to follow the path of those survivors. Um, there are factions of offensive(Elementals) and defensive covens(Guardians) and then there's the elements of epic love, love that consumes the people involved and of course what's love without a little danger. - Thank you so much if you've read this far. I deeply urge you to binge read the book and decide for yourself whether it's unputdownable or not. Thank you so much by the way dear reader. By reading this book you are supporting a plus-sized lgbtqiaap+ community model/writer who has seen nothing but struggle and blatant discrimination everywhere.

Unicorns. Ah, yes such beautiful creatures indeed. Mystical creatures that dwell unseen in the depths of forests, unheard from for centuries. All in plain sight yet undiscovered as the human eye can not see them. Some time ago these unicorns where driven away and captured by an ancient fire elemental fae called the Red Bull. Yet he missed one tiny and naive unicorn that hid herself in the forests deep. Her name was [Y/n]. It was not long until she found out about her fellow unicorn's capturer. As she hid far away from the fae. She was in hiding. Suddenly one day that unicorn got hit by a black carriage led by ebony horses. As she then lost conciousness, she entered the world of 𝗧𝘄𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗪𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗱. ⤷[𝗩!𝗧𝘄𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗪𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘅 𝗧𝗵𝗲𝗟𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗨𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗼𝗿𝗻!𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿] ୧‿̩͙ ˖︵ ꕀ⠀ ♱⠀ ꕀ ︵˖ ‿̩͙୨୧‿̩͙ ˖︵ ꕀ⠀ ♱⠀ ꕀ ︵˖ ‿̩͙୨୧‿̩͙ ˖︵ ꕀ⠀ ♱⠀ ꕀ ︵˖ ‿̩͙୨ © 2024 RiniBo0811 (This book cover is not my art and it will never be. Everyone in town knows about the sea monster. Every night, he goes into town to find his prey. He lures them in with his voice, only to bring them back to the ocean, to eat them. Few survive this, and the people who do, they lose their mind, like they were cursed. You can only gather from them that he was beautiful, his voice was like an angel's, and that when he took you into the ocean, he became a monster. He only hunted young men, women, teens, and the occasional twelve-year old. It was terrifying, because the people had no way to stop him. Every night, someone would go missing, or come back insane. They knew he lived in the ocean, and when people tried to bomb the area where they thought the monster lived, they would either be cursed, or just eaten by the sea monster himself. And the people who came back insane, they would always wander over the fact that the monster had not even a scratch on him. Teens, young men and women would fear for their lives, and lock themselves in their houses at night. But only one person refused to hide, either in bravery or utter stupidity. That person was Will Solace. So basically, this story is based on the cover art of the book. I just thought it was such a great idea and wanted to put it to story. I saw another person do this and they used the same cover art, and I hope you guys like my version! I, personally very much like it and hope you guys do to! (I don't own any of the characters or art work that appears in this fanfic. All of the characters belong to Rick Riordan.)

"You can devour the light with your darkness, but you will never extinguish its brightness. You can create the perfect vessel, a container of absolute darkness, but there is something you can never create. A container empty. Well, everything that crawls, flies or walks will always... always have a soul. And every soul can be corrupted." Last words of Monomon, the teacher, to the White King before falling into her deep sleep. The Hollow Knight has been replaced. The Radiance that swept through the channels of so much of the kingdom, now it's just a nightmare of days of the past. The knight, after his long journey, took his place as the new Hollow Knight, and now he rests in his eternal litigation to contain the rot that lives in his inside. Along. Inside the Temple of the Black Egg. An eternal condemnation from which he could never escape. But if one thing is certain, it is that, unlike meat, light can never be devoured. Now. For those of you who have already finished the game and were drawn by the poetic introduction, there are a few things I want to clarify so that you can understand this story. 1 - This story takes place between the events of the original game and the Hornet prequel. 2 - This story was made before the release of the prequel, so I apologize in advance if something doesn't match the lore in the future. 3 - The ending chosen was in which the knight is sealed with the Radiance inside the temple of the Black Egg and Hornet survives. What the fans call ending #1. 4 - The events of the Soul of Steel mode do not apply 5 - The seeker of gods was never found 6 - Zote was not rescued and died at the start of the game. (I know this seems silly, but believe me when I say that this will be the first link in the butterfly effect that will develop this entire plot) With everything clarified given the large number of possible endings, we begin with the story.
