Living in the realm of magic, a world not so different from the human realm, is Freya Knight. A young fairy with an incredible gift or depending on how you see it, a grave and powerful curse. When Freya is accepted into The Royal Alfea College, School of Magic, her life changes in ways she never could have never imagined. She must learn to navigate college, friendship, love, conflict and most importantly, learn to control her magic.
This novel is inspired by Alfea from the Winx Saga, however this is where the similarity ends.
*NOTE This story is only just beginning and is far from finished, only the first chapter has been published as a teaser chapter of sorts to see if anyone would be interested in reading the rest, if you are, please let me know in the comments.*

The Headmistress smiled in hopes of easing the tension. Freyja wasn't very outspoken in her class and she'd learned from a few other teachers that she was quiet in theirs as well. She was surpassing all the other students in runes, apparently. Professor Palladium said that she knew most of the futhark before he taught them to her and she applied them perfectly.
