You're a quirkless individual living in a world of rather careless heroes. Insurance is expensive, you cut corners and don't get the package that covers hero damage, only to have your car demolished by a hero in a fight. Pissed, you go to the nearest bar for a drink, only to find yourself in the middle of the league of villains.
