[a collection of short stories and everything else that has no place anywhere]

Life is like the cold frost that spirals across our windows, spreading out on the glass, out of our control. Life is in the wildness of something that we cannot fully grasp, in the haunting shadows of an unfathomable mystery.
Life is in the way each of us have our own stories to tell. Despite our differences, we all end the same way.
Ashes to ashes, we all fall down.

summary of the story ( might spoil you) The story begins with Ash Folan Kao, a young man who lives in a small coastal town. He spends most of his time alone, until one day he stumbles upon a merman named Maven. Despite their differences, Ash and Maven are drawn to each other and soon begin a forbidden love affair. As their love grows, Ash and Maven face numerous challenges, including the disapproval of their respective worlds. Maven's family is opposed to his relationship with a mortal, while Ash's community views the merman as a dangerous threat. Despite these challenges, Ash and Maven continue to see each other in secret. They share intimate moments on the beach, and Ash learns more about the merman's world. However, their happiness is short-lived when Maven's family intervenes, revealing that the merman had broken a sacred law by falling in love with a mortal. Maven is taken away from Ash, leaving him heartbroken and alone. Ash tries to move on with his life, but he cannot forget Maven. He seeks solace in his friends, but the emptiness he feels only grows stronger. Years go by, and Ash grows old, but he never forgets about Maven. He finds a seashell that reminds him of their love, and he carries it with him always. On his deathbed, he feels Maven's hand reach out to him, and he smiles, knowing that they will be together once again. In the end, the story of Ash and Maven is a tragic one, a tale of forbidden love that could never be. But their love transcends death, and they are reunited in the afterlife, where they can be together forever.

Yet Another pretty angsty fic, because that's what I'm somewhat okay at writing. This deals with some mature topics, such as Suicide. Please understand I am not romanticizing Suicide. Seek help if you are struggling! Best wishes to all of my readers!
