When Mare returns home after Cal chooses the crown, she is devastated. She can't believe that the man she thought loved her, that the man she trusted with her own life, is selfish enough to break his promise to her.
So when she decides to pay him a visit, things may change; for better, or for worse.
(This story is set right after King's Cage, so War Storm doesn't happen at any time)
