Dream and Sapnap seem like they are the greatest friends on camera, however, both share a dark and deep secret as soon as the camera turns off. One where they put their lives at risk, taking it as far as to purposefully misuse insulin. While Dream and Sapnap keep pushing each other into bad habits, George's health starts decreasing more each day. Daily headaches turn into passing out and throwing up, something George blames his anxiety for. But when disaster seems to strike, George passes out on stream. However, this time it's different. Instead of waking up a minute after he passes out, he has his first seizure ever, live on Twitch... While George is live streaming, he accidentally outs himself in front of his whole stream. His life seems to be collapsing as his mother figures out the same thing as all his viewers did. George talks to his best friend, Dream, and decides to hopelessly ask to meet up with his "unknowing" best friend after his mother doesn't seem to want him in her house any longer. Dream, however, was watching George's stream as he outed himself and decides to not bring any of it up, realising George hides more and more from him.
