This is gonna be my first story I ever post; It's actually just what I made along with help from my friends just to hand in as my work of my school's "Short Story Competition", and I got in the Top 5 ;)
Unfortunately there was a word limit, so I shortened as much as possible, and this was the result;

This is a story about a boy, he was fated to journey in a different part of the world where not anyone should know; the Inferno. After a long time, he managed to escape, but leaving the rest of his family behind.
In exchange, he obtained powers which no one had, and it was the only thing left that reminds him - Inferno wasn't a dream; it was reality, and a nightmare.

"You don't like it rough?" he asks me. Oh, okay, I smirk back at him, two can play this game. He once told me no one knows the real him.I didn't think he meant it, and not in a good way. He is a straight A student, and everyone knows it, not to mention he is on the swim team. All that though isn't the real him, the real him hides deep within himself. ---------- "Can you please tell me what that was?" I nearly shout at him. All I get is silence. He keeps his back to me. "Please, I need some explanation." I beg. I stay still as he stops dead in his tracks. His body is tense and it's scarring me. He turns around slowly to face me with his hands at his sides. His eyes meet mine, but there is no spark of any emotion in them. They are cold and dark making me look away not being able to hold his deadly stare. I feel uneasy under his gaze, and i feel his eyes burning a hole in the side of my face. "No, I won't explain because it's not important." He says in a low, almost, growl. I flinch and look back into his eyes. I feel hurt by his words and I don't know why, but I know he sees it in my eyes. His faces flashes with regret but it's quickly covered up with his faces going back to it's hard cold look. I feel my heart stop and my face go pale. His look terrified me making me hold my breath. "Breath." He orders. I start to breathe again and just blink at him. "Now go." He orders me again. I flinch involuntarily at his tone and jump back slightly. "Please don't let me walk home alone." I beg in a quiet voice, looking down at my feet. The next thing I see are his black combat boots right in front of my shoes. I look up into his eyes and he looks down into mine confusion written all over his face. "How come you aren't running yet?" He questions searching my eyes. "I just can't walk home alone, please I'm scared." I hear him chuckle. "You aren't afraid of me? What can possibly be scarier than me?" He asks. "Well, I know you will keep me safe." "Why is that?" He questions raising an eyebrow at me. "You haven't hurt me." "Yet." He mutters, but I roll my eyes.Complete

This is something I'm working on for fun and I'm not super great at writing so I apologize if some parts of this story comes off as iffy. It appeared suddenly without warning. There was no sign of it anywhere, it just appeared. No species on any world was prepared for it nor the chaos it brought. Its appearance was something miraculous, it healed the sick and blind, it awoke those in comas. As if it wanted everything to witness it in all its glory. But the chaos that followed was unprecedented. It changed the terrain of the world and turned society into pure anarchy. But he survived. It deemed him, this boy, as worthy. Now he has a simple task. Make it to the top of the structure, meet with God. What will he do when he meets him? That's to be found.

I'm his personal toy. He comes down the stairs wearing only a pigs head. He laughs at me while tears roll down my face. He snorts and says a sentence that chills my spine. "Time to play darling" This will be extremely long so don't think this will end after eight chapters. Warning this contains triggering subjects like rape and torture. I'm sorry If this story is too messed up. When I reread it I laughed at how messed up in the head I must be for writing this. And I'm talking about only the first chapter. I sit down on my bike looking around the school parking lot. Listening to music, I stand up begin to walk through the student-less parking lot. Honestly, it's not like I meant to be late. My music cut out causing me to hear a whistle. I stop in my tracks and pull my headphones down to my neck. Turning around, I seen a group of men with one guy who just smirked at me. "You new here beautiful?" one of the guys asked. "What do you think Einstein?" cocking my brow. "Ohh. Challenging? I like." he says walking towards me, about two inches away. "Really?" biting my lip, as he continued walking towards me. He reaches out and grabs my hip, "Mmhmm," smiling down at me. Swiftly, I grab his hand, turn him around, kick him right above the back of his knee, and pushes down so he's on his knees in front of me in a position of which I could brake his arm, "What a shame, 'cause personally, I don't like fuck boys with various STD'S." I look at all the men in the group who had their jaws dropped, all except for one, "Touch me one more time, and I'll brake your arm in two." I stand and kick his back so he falls on the concert. "Anyone else?" they stare at me blankly. "Didn't think so." When fuck boy tries to get up, I take my foot and slam him back down. Looking back at the boys, I say, "Later boys."
