Doctor Who: Aswangs of the Anomalies of Time

The 7th Doctor, now in his final life living as a Time Lord (which takes place right before the Doctor Who TV Movie) travels in a country not known to him, a country once colonized by the Spanish, Americans, and formerly the Japanese. A Time Lord known as the Doctor, who lived in the planet Gallifrey in the constellation of Kasterborous, was travelling through the vortex in his bizarre space-time travelling blue box known as the TARDIS, in his 7th incarnation almost in his last years in his life, he received a distress call/video, the video shows people being eaten by human cannibals? No, the Doctor replied, after seeing the video, the video ended with a black screen and letters were showing up in the time scanner "ASWANG" with ambrigrammatic letters.
