Everyone in the world has powers, with the help of Quackity a police force called 'The Badgers' was founded, which made it illegal to use your powers. The ones who do use their powers are taken away and never seen again.
Technoblade is immortal and is unable to shut his powers off, making him and Philza continuously hunted down. Techno doesn't care about petty mortals, that is, until he meets Tommy. Tommy is a kid who accidentally used his powers and was taken away from his family along with his brother. One day after talking to Quackity and managing to get them to leave Techno alone, he finds Tommy.

It is purely fictional and does not reflect the real people, nor does it support or condone the actions of the people it is based on.Complete
TommyInnit's unbeatable method of avoiding sudden death // ao3 reupload
"I uh," Tommy starts, not knowing how to break this to the hero lightly. He hates to be the bearer of bad news. "I think your powers are broken? It's not a bad thing of course, but like, I swear you tried to mind control me and it like, totally failed. Which is fine, honestly, don't feel insecure. Everyone's power stop working sometimes... I think." This is a reupload from ao3 by @eneliiiComplete
