As the anarchy plot within the kingdom thickens, assassin and prince come together. It's up to them to decide whether the kingdom is worth saving, even as they are forced to determine if they can first save themselves. Faced with a multitude of conflicts, Rose and James must put pride aside and learn to work together. But how can two clashing personalities hope to join forces and fix themselves, let alone mend a crumbling kingdom?
