After they defeated Muzan Kibutsuji, the Master, Hashira, and demons came to visit Kamado's family house for having a great time.

Takeo, Hanako, Shigeru, and Rokuta are running in the forest to find something to hiding spot, then Gyutaro, Daki, Inosuke, Kiriya, and Senjuro found them and tried to bring them home until Hanako stumbles onto something. 

Gyutaro, Daki, Inosuke, Kiriya, Senjuro, and the Kamado siblings were concerned about something being buried under the snow, then Kokushibo, Gyiuu, and the animals found them so Taro start digging and found a box.

Then all of the sudden, something glowed inside the box until the portal came out of nowhere in front of them. Young Demon Slayer, Hashira, Kamado's siblings, a Lower Demon, Twelve Demon Moon, Lady Tamayo and her assistant, Young Master Kiriya, and the animals have been sucked into the portal and sent into a different universe.

They can't figure out how to get back home until they meet Scooby and the rest of the gang. 

So, they join the gang for the Adventure to solve a Mystery.

But Nezuko is not herself anymore as she starts to turn into a bloodthirsty rampaging demon on the back of her loving brother and threatens to attack, Sakura turns to the only thing she knows best, protecting those she holds close.
