Also boarding the train, and attempting to shake an apparent stalker, Penelope chooses Ardell out of all of the passengers on the train to help her, and their two lives become inextricably bound together for the 15 hour train ride. Over conversations and revelations, Ardell and Penelope find themselves slowly falling in love. But Penelope has secrets of her own, and her supposed stalker isn't just a man unable to take no for an answer.
