(Ninjago AU fanfiction) 

Astraphobia- the fear of thunder and lightning.

 Jane has always been terrified of thunderstorms (ironic to her elemental power of lightning) ever since she was a child. Her girlfriend Nya has always loved them, she would go outside during one to feel the rain on her face and the wind in her hair, no matter how strong, cold or dangerous.

 However, when Lloyd is lost at sea during a storm, the two are sent out by Wu to save him, despite Jane's phobia.

(In this AU Jane (aka the master of lightning) is a trans woman.)
