The city is under poverty and is surrounded by a tall, thick wall that hopefully keeps all the titans outside the city and keeps everyone inside the city safe. Supposedly, the world is at the state that the world beyond the wall is just a wasteland from Ghidorah and his subordinate's wrath... but Katie suspects otherwise, that the world outside is not a wasteland.
