Iryu, a weak demon, has a weird interest in the human world for their sweet foods. Hating the demon world he saves up power and leaves hoping to say goodbye to that place for good and taking the name Amai to further distance himself from his old world. In the human world he runs into Akio, a human working at a café. Akio, immediately falling for Amai, attempts to befriend the small demon.
