Lucella. From the outside, the island city looks like just another ordinary place. But, no. This place is anything but ordinary. Lucella is one of the only places in the world that is home to anthropomorphic animals. However, four very special inhabitants have caught the attention of the press and the other citizens for years.

Meet Serena, Sylvia, Zoe and Mackenzie Wymsworth, some of the only humans on the island. Growing up with their police officer parents, the firstborn child, Serena followed her dad's footsteps and became one as well.

Shortly after Serena's 19th birthday, things begin to go downhill. Mr.P, a renowned scientist and owner of his own carnival's wife falls terrible ill. His assistant and Serena's friend, Badgy Duncan goes missing.

However, things get much, much worse when a crazy infection breaks out, turning people into monstrous killers and forcing them to attack everyone and anyone. Serena and her family are sent on a missing person case, but what was supposed to be a quick search of a house, morphs into a mad adventure.

Does Serena Wymsworth stand a chance in this twisted world?
