Trent Greene had been through hell on earth more than once. His first boyfriend played him when he was 15, he had found an addiction in pain, alcohol, and cigarettes. He was a master at pretending. He could lie straight through his teeth. He could smile and seem okay when all he wanted to do was die. He wanted to die. Everyday hurt more. Nothing changed. He was committing slow suicide.
Will Darren was best friends with Trent through it all, but never did he know about the mental war. When Will realizes he has feelings for Trent, he asks him out although he knows Trent has a reputation as a player. Fearing what Trent'll answer, he comes up with a story that he hopes will get Trent to agree.
What do you have? Two boys who helplessly fall in? Basically. Will it be interesting? Probably. Will it fail? They were damned from the start.
