Orona was used to the cold, after all, growing up in the Ice Citadel of Nixtorm did help. What she isn't used to is being taken out of her home only to be told that her mother is dead and her father doesn't want her. She is sent off to the distant Normal Ranches of Aurora to be raised by her uncle, a notorious warlord. What will happen when he dies if she is the only living heir of the Aurora Kingdom?
