THE END

It's THE END. Do I need to explain further?

If the virus reached everyone on earth, the world was going to end. To stop the virus and to save the world, a project was formed, called The End Project. The idea was to isolate a city's worth of people into the building, and keep them from catching the virus at all costs. But one day, the virus finally reaches the people inside the building, and the people are in danger.

I wrote this story for a contest, which I didn't win.The prompt was to use Covid-19 as an element in the story. I put more effort than I should have into this story so I'm posting it here.

The prompt I used as the idea for this story (not a part of the contest) was: it's the end of the world / you're the last person left on earth.

Final word count: 2.8k

This was the first story I've finished, having written a total of 2-3 drafts. I plan on rewriting this, I have a bunch of things I wanna fix lol
