It could have been words said by someone in love with you, but these words were from him. Your best friend, and you were so close that the love between you was this intense.
These were the words however that he had pronouce to you just before he ran away from you. Running away from what you were building. He made you believe everything was possible with him, that you could conquer the world as long as you were together.
This was all a lie and he broke your heart in millions pieces,turning it into dust and you couldn't pick up the sand to build a heart anymore, so you've built a rock instead.
You never opened up to anyone else after him, nobody was like him and everyone reminded you of him so you stayed away, living a lonely life.
One thing you couldn't stay away and decide to not renounce was your passion for motoracing, he was the one that introduced you to it and now it was the only thing you kept that was his. You never missed one of his races and every time no matter how hard the rock fell to the ground again, you endure the pain and keep watching.
