This novel follows the life of a little girl that was diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis at the age of five years old and how she struggled to finally get to a period of remission in her twenties and then all the wonderful adventures she went on while in remission. It describes both the good and the bad about living with an auto-immune disease. She also had to deal with a sick brother that eventually became mentally disabled.

This story would be applicable for both parents and children that suffers from the disease and hopefully it will bring some solitude in the knowing that they are not alone.
