Professor Oak with his colleagues, professor Elm and, suddenly, pokemaniac Bill made a Morph machine that can fuse two pokemons into one creation! But something goes wrong... Only because of one mistake of the staff worker they created a "twisted" pokemon. The whole Kanto lives in fear knowing that one day "twisted" pokemons will go out of control.
