It's 1987 and there is a worldwide war raging on within the Pokemon
world. Citizens and trainers are being drafted to fight, while their
families are evacuated from their homes and regions. Rowan and his
family are no exception as they too have been forced to move from their
home to a new and unfamiliar region, Kanto, but little do they know that
their safety is not guaranteed.
