When she dies, she doesn't know where she is. But when she ends up once again by the side of her knight, maybe it'll be better.
This was a plot bunny I started writing after session 7 of Last Life, so I took some liberties with Scar being sick and Pearl having internet problems. So clearly, cannon divergence.

He'd locked himself in his house and hasn't left it for six entire months. All the other hermits were worried sick about him, and the only one who hadn't given up, hadn't lost hope, was Scar. He still showed up at Grian's door every single day. Could Scar save Grian from the massive hole he'd dug for himself, or had he gone too far to come back? Mumbo Jumbo was a vampire. He lived on Hermitcraft as one of the Hermits, and kept this secret locked behind closed doors. He could keep himself under control, and no one on the server was the wiser. But when he suddenly begins to slip, his instincts taking more control of him, he has to figure out how to keep his secret- and his friends- safe. No matter what. -- Mumbo was a vampire. This was a fact that he had to live with. However, Mumbo never did anything to hurt any of his friends. Sure, he had always had urges, to say the least. It was just a part of his nature, his instinct. But Mumbo could control himself. He wasn't an impulsive person, he could keep himself collected. Mumbo knew how to control himself.
