My first attempt at a poetry collection, this is a selection of works that I mainly wrote across the summer of 2010, with some other stuff in there too. Forbidden love, unrequited love, love in general, betrayal, social observation - it's all here to some extent :)

The Art of Starting Over
Have you ever sunk so low that you actually felt relieved, knowing that it couldn't possibly get any worse? Well, I have... Many times. I lost everything. My family, my future, my home... I swore I would never depend on anyone ever again. And he swore nothing will ever tie him down. He told me he has ghosts. I told him I have fears. We agreed. We were eachother's impending death. And yet I fell for him, slowly and deeply, until I didn't know how to be without him. And he fed on me, gently and steadily, until he didn't know how to let me go. They said he'll never stay. Blaze Knight lost her mum in a car accident. Blaze witnessed the death of her mum and it haunts her nearly every day and night. She struggle with depression and self harms. She pushed all her friends away because she doesn't want to lose anyone else she cared about, she just thought it was easier to push everyone away. Blaze lives with her Grandma. Her dad disappeared when she was around 5 years old. Now nearly 18 she hasn't seen him since. She doesn't believe in love or hope or anything like that. But now enter. Levi Rivers. The schools own bad boy. No one has proof of what his done only rumours. Everyone is scared of him because of his looks and his image. He is over 6ft3 which makes him tower over people. His dark hair and dark piercing eyes. His bulging muscles. He has had a horrible past abusive father, run away mother. Nothing seems to go right for him any more until he runs into crying Blaze in the middle of the night. He then notices her eyes, the emptiness and the sadness they hold. That's when he decides to give her Hope on life and life is worth something. *This books deals with issues such as Depression and Self Harm. #695 in Romance.Concluida
The Days With No Sun
Sometimes we fear truth over reality. But things get dark and heavy and we play the blame game. We end up hurting others or ourselves even. We don't think before we act or we don't say before we do. This is the evolution of my madness. A cluster of rants and thoughts and poems for you guys. Everything is written how I wanted it to be rants will be long with few pauses and there will be mistakes I might have skipped over. Aha.
